Spinewrath launches a wave of deadly spikes that seek out a target opponenet, dealing damage to it and launching it into the air, stunning it for a short time. The spires will chase an opponent until the spell wears off, or until he is struck. Enemy units in the path of the chasing spires will be struck for damage as well.Level 1 - The small spires deal 15 damage each, the larger, finishing spire deals 75 damage. Lasts 15 seconds. Level 2 - The small spires deal 30 damage each, the larger, finishing spire deals 150 damage. Lasts 20 seconds. Level 3 - The small spires deal 45 damage each, the larger, finishing spire deals 225 damage. Lasts 25 seconds. Its always a good idea to explain what your spell does =p

so basically impale with homing and an increased target damage. Could be cool.

Pretty much so it can be used to kill heroes running away.

It could be interesting if the movement speed was slowish and the small spires dealt moderate damage. So basically the targeted hero would have to kite impale in such a way that it does minimum damage to their troops, you might even have to run towards the impale.
